1. One Bowl Vegan Lemon Blueberry Cake

These soft and fluffy hot cross buns are naturally dairy free and made entirely without eggs- and they're absolutely foolproof! Full of warming spices, citrus and sultanas, these buns are a iconic Easter brunch recipe.

3. Vegan Pane di Pasqua

It wouldn't be Easter without my rendition of my great grandpa's pane di pasqua. Instead of an actual egg, I made a vegan white chocolate one and filled it with sprinkles- super fun for kids!

4. BEST Vegan Carrot Cake

This is honestly the best vegan carrot cake you’ll ever have, and it’s a crowd favorite with even non-vegan eaters. No eggs, no dairy, one bowl, and easily gluten free, this carrot cake is topped with a super lush and a creamy dairy free cream cheese frosting.

5. Quick Pasta Con Broccoli

If you're looking for a quick and easy but still somehow elevated dish to serve for Easter dinner, this pasta con broccoli is it. This recipe uses the simplest pantry ingredients that transform into an incredibly comforting and delicious!!

6. Vegan Carrot Cake Loaf

Want carrot cake, but don't feel like making a whole cake? Then this tender, soft, and deliciously moist carrot cake loaf is the move. It's even topped with vegan cream cheese frosting!

This one went viral on Instagram, and for a very good reason. It's a crumb cake base loaded with lemon zest and fresh blueberries with a ripple of dairy free cream cheese throughout. It gets rave reviews from every non-vegan!

This unbelievably vegan banana bread cheesecake is silky and creamy with swirls of the best banana bread baked into a custard-like banana cheesecake batter. It’s the best of banana bread and cheesecake combined- but no eggs and no dairy!
