The EASIEST dinner recipe I make *every week* in August (and September)


Hey Reader!

So tomato season is most definitely upon us, and with all of this fresh summer produce, I thought I'd share my go-to easy weeknight dinner recipe that Jared and I literally make at least once a week.

This unbelievably flavor-packed 4-Ingredient Cherry Tomato Pasta. It's a bit embarrassing how often we eat this, but when a recipe is THIS good and SO easy, I mean, how can you not?!

And to be honest, I usually don't add any fresh herbs because the sauce is that flavorful on its own. You don't need to boil and peel any potatoes- simply burst the cherry tomatoes right in the pan, and let the pasta soak up all of that flavor!

Seriously, you're going to love it. And of course, if I'm making it on a Friday night, when I feel like I have more time, I usually make it with my homemade vegan gnocchi and lentil "meatballs." But linguini, spaghetti, capellini, or bowties work great too!

P.S. You can totally add in sautéed zucchini to this dish too for extra veggies. But if you're more like me, and like adding vegetables to dessert, then you must try this one bowl chocolate zucchini cake!!
