Top 10 Recipes You *NEED* to Save for Weekend Baking Fun!!

Hi Reader!

How excited are you that it's Friday 😅Because I literally have been dreaming of this day since Monday- I've got a very happy sourdough starter sitting on my counter that I cannot WAIT to bake with right now.

I'm thinking English muffins along with a full sourdough loaf. My best friend just got back after a 3 month long trip to see her family, so she's definitely getting a loaf (and a batch of my double ccc- they're the BEST).

So what's on your baking menu this weekend?? I have some ideas for you, but first- did you know you can now save recipes to your own little personal "cookbook" on my website now?

It's super easy. Let me show you!

So let's get baking with some fun:

1. Edible Vegan Cookie Dough

Don't want to bake the cookies?? No problem. I have a whole edible cookie dough recipe based on my classic chocolate chip cookies that literally tastes like eating Tollhouse cookie dough. I'm not joking. It's the best.

2. Classic Vegan Brownies

These are on repeat in my house because they're so dang easy. You can use aquafaba, soy milk, almond milk, or oat milk. And for sugars, I've even tested them with coconut sugar and maple sugar for refined sugar free, and you'd never know. AND yes they're jaw-droppingly delicious as gluten free!

3. Vegan Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake

This cheesecake is just perfection in a cheesecake. We have silky vanilla cheesecake, fresh blueberries and a vanilla crumble on top. All baked on a vanilla shortbread. And you don't need eggs nor dairy?! Say less.

4. BEST Vegan Tiramisu

Have you been wanting to finally make vegan tiramisu? Well, now is definitely the time. I just updated the recipe with my now soy-free and nut-free vegan mascarpone, and let me tell you. I am SPEECHLESS. You're going to be obsessed.

5. Vegan Pistachio Cheesecake

If you're pistachio obsessed like I am, then you need this cheesecake. It's easy to make in just a food processor, and I finally shared my gluten-free vegan graham cracker recipe to go along with it. And perfect for Earth Day on Monday!

6. Vegan Almond Croissant Coffee Cake

The internet is going nuts for this recipe currently, so seriously you need get in on this if you haven't. We have a vanilla bean coffee cake layered with homemade frangipane, silky cream cheese, slivered almonds, and a nutty frangipane vanilla crumble. ABSURD.

7. Better Than Tollhouse Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've converted more non-vegans to the veg side than I can count with this one recipe. I'm serious, if you're looking for THE cookie recipe, vegan or not, this is it.

8. "Brown Butter" Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

If you're looking for something a bit cozier, then this oatmeal cookie recipe is for you. We're browning the vegan butter, which adds even more depth of flavor to it. YUM.

9. Small Batch Cookie Dough Cupcakes

These are currently having a moment on the blog, and for a good reason. When you're cookie dough obsessed like I am, smaller batches can be better 😅They're molten, and the best of cookies and cupcakes in one.

10. Small Batch Blueberry Lemon Sweet Rolls

For when you want something springy but also cozy, this blueberry lemon sweet roll recipe is for you. Just read the reviews- they speak for themselves!

Let me know what you bake up in the comments section on the recipe page!! I also added a new feature where you can share photos of your bakes with other readers- and seeing everyone's creations is such a TREAT!

So definitely be sure to share yours!!

Lots of love and warm hugs,

Britt

P.S. If you need something savory, I just veganized the classic gnocchi alla Sorrentina, and my husband and I were SPEECHLESS. Boy, is it good. We're making more tonight lol. Happy Friday!!
